1. Who we are
Refidi is an independent app for Shopify stores, built by Rizwan Ali. It helps store owners understand their money and returns.
2. What data we access from your Shopify store
With your permission, Refidi reads order, refund, return, product and payout information from your store — only what the app needs to show your summaries and risk scores.
3. What we do NOT collect
We never ask for or store customer payment card data or passwords.
4. How we use data
We use your store data to calculate risk scores, Return Loss and money summaries shown to you. We do not sell data. Risk scores use behaviour only, never a customer’s name, country, email domain or personal traits.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored with our service providers. Access tokens are kept on the server only, and access to data is limited to what is needed to run the app.
6. Retention and deletion
When you uninstall the app, we delete your store data within a stated period, which will be confirmed before launch. Shopify privacy requests (including customer data requests and deletion requests) are honoured.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about your store. Contact us and we will help.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell early access members about important changes.
