1. Acceptance
By installing or using Refidi, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. What Refidi does
Refidi shows your store’s income, expenses and return costs, and gives returns a risk score with plain-English reasons.
3. Estimates and no advice
Figures and scores are estimates and suggestions. They are not tax, accounting or legal advice. You, the merchant, make the final decision on every return. Refidi never blocks customers or refunds automatically.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Refidi to break the law, to discriminate against customers, or to try to access data that isn’t yours.
5. Accounts and Shopify permissions
You need a Shopify store to use Refidi. The app only requests the permissions it needs, and you can remove them at any time by uninstalling it.
6. Availability
Refidi is in early access. We work to keep it available, but features may change and there may be interruptions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Refidi is not liable for decisions made based on its estimates or scores, or for indirect losses.
8. Termination
You can stop using Refidi at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and tell early access members about important changes.
